• Consulting and compliance services for lenders, construction managers, and owner representatives; Conducts insurance reviews for commercial real estate loans including meticulous documentation review to ensure coverage meets all necessary requirements and are appropriate for the collateral; Reviews loan agreements; Manages and assists with lease and tenant coverage compliance analysis
• Credentials- BA Criminology, minor Psychology, minor Women’s Studies (Wilkes University); Currently pursuing J.D. (University of Baltimore School of Law- Class of 2022)
• Former Risk Manager for the Commercial Truck division at Enterprise Holdings of Baltimore.  Evaluated customer insurance policies to mitigate exposures and enacted best practices to reduce losses for the division as a whole.  Trained employees on industry compliance standards and audited rental locations to ensure company policies were followed.  Analyzed loss reports to highlight deficiencies and implement improvements to lower overall costs for the business.  Currently studying law in the evenings with a focus on real estate and compliance.
