Works with the firm’s brokerage & consulting teams to understand client risks/exposures and is involved in creation and implementation of various risk management procedures and all facets of contractual risk transfer, including review, markup, negotiations and compliance.

  • Represented the Fortune 500 clients of an AMLaw 100 law firm in all facets of domestic and international trademark, copyright and related advertising matters.  Advised large global and domestic clients on internet, technology and social media law and policy. Former Managing Attorney for District of Columbia real estate litigation practice. Currently serves on the Advisory Board of an Edutech startup, advising on issues of intellectual property law and technology.
